Blue screen

Getting a blue screen at the bottom edge of my island lately. The blue screen prevent me from accessing that part of the island. Need to restart internet to bring screen back to normal. Sometimes have to restarts internet several times to clear the blue screen. This problem just started to happen this weekend. Anyone else experiencing this phenomenon. Does anyone know why this is happening and how we can fix this.

You can't fix this and no restarting your internet does not help at all.

Usually your island isn't fully loaded from the start but getting near a "zone" usually triggers its loading - there are several zones that seem to be bugged and need intense scrolling onto it to trigger the loading event.

TLDR Scroll into the blue zone until it gets loaded.
