My little brother sees that I am playing this game, and wants an account but we only have one computer...is there going to be another american server so he can play that one? how can I make it so my little brother can play, and so I can play also?

Notify the support of your brother and you sharing IPs and the acc name of both players.

If he has no ships defending his island your troops will land and start the ground battle but transporter can't carry much, so it is always advised to send ships with your ground army.

My brother also wants to play this game, and he created an island, that was placed in the other side of the map, and it will take him 14 days to reach me and my group.

is there any way to remotely move his island to our area, so he can join us, and not have to be "on the road" for 14 days?

what if he deletes his island, and create another one. Would it be possible to be closer to us? Or is it a random decision from the system?

If he has a fresh island, recreating the island could get him closer or further away. New islands are allocated on all starter zones equally to prevent clumping together.
