how to reset guild ranks leaders to normal ?

how to reset guild ranks leaders to normal ?

to: GM Escaria

i make mistake rank all members to leader,
how to reset guild ranks leaders to normal ?
please help me reset back all ranks to zero.

but until now you still not reset, why ?
and i see no one GM online in three days, why ?
