How does this offer work?

I've been wondering how does the first 6 pearls offer works, since to me it is a bit vague.

"Increas storage capacity
Your island stores +25% more resources and increases living space for your islanders by +25%. "

My questions about this one are:

For how long do you get this 25% increase? I assume 7 days, just like the others, but there is no time limit indicated for this specific case.

What does this increase in living space mean? Do I get extra land tiles from time to time? Or does this mean that I can have more people to use in constructions, buildings, ships and army?

Can anybody please clarify this offer?

7 days, living space = storage capacity for people.

I think, it's the same as on the german worlds. So there is written, that the effect is for 7 days (like the others)
I think, they just forgot this by translating!? (cause there are also other translating errors I see)

"Living space" means the storage capacity of people. (hope, I translatet it this way for better understanding)
