I went to log into my island after maintenance fix and i am unable to log into it...i sent support emails but as usual you get no replies, ..no i did not forget my username or password...what is the problem ?.. thanx for your quick reply..all is well..

After which maintenance? Today's maintenance?

First try to delete your Cache&Cookies.
Maybe there is something old in it, which ur browser dont accept.

If that not help, then u are more likely banned.
Because when someone gets banned, and wanna try login, then he gets the message "username + pw wrong".

In that situation, if u dont know the obiviusly reasons for a ban, then it is the best to write a message to the support.
Be prepared, it can take longer then 5 minutes till u get a reply. ;)
