Academy Golden Tiles

Can't find the answer in the forums, and the game info is somewhat vague

The 3 Golden tiles that everyone is striving for in the Academy, can you build all 3 of them, but only one at a time?

Or can you only build 1 and thats it for the game?

This one is right!
On the same island you can only build one of the three golden!
At the moment, the first Upgrade is finished, the other two are no longer possible.
