I was wondering if there could be added any sort of filter in Hel world, because some experience German players, that know how to boost production really well, are owning this world, and players from other countries, that are still learning, don't stand a chance against these guys.

There should be a sort of blockage or limit for these guys to attack and loot islands of people from other countries. They already have forces of like 1.000 Polaccas and more than 4.000 swordsmen and stronger troops, and people from other countries are still learning about which is the best way to get a good production (layout).

They are not giving players to develop the island and to produce armies. The German player are way ahead of other players.
